let me introduce myself . . .

Hi there, I’m Mel. Pleased to meet you.

I’m all about making you feel comfortable in your own skin. So I wanted to share my perfect day with you, so you can see if I’m someone you would like to get to know better. 

my perfect Summer's day

1. Waking up beside my gorgeous man and making him an awesome coffee.

2. Spending some time with myself writing a few notes in my journal and getting inspired for my day. 

3. A mini weights + cardio workout followed by a few restorative yoga stretches.

4. My all time fave! JFC (Japanese Fried Chicken) for lunch with rice and salad. If you can’t tell, I love my food.

5. Catch up for a walk with a friend, multi-tasking a d&m with some nature bathing by the lake.

6. Spend some quality time with John playing on our playstation (we love games!)

7. Scrumptious wholemeal seasonal spaghetti with loads of fresh veg and little sparkling elderflower and rose mocktail, (get the recipe here).

8. Nice long bath with some aromatherapy candles and a good book.

9. Time for some gratitude and sweet dreams after another perfect day.
