I’m a health and wellness coach specialising in stress and anxiety management. My primary purpose is to support your health aspirations; enabling you to realise your health potential. 

I believe in an integrative approach to health with you at its centre. Exploring the cornerstones of nutrition, movement, rest and social connection to create balance in your current lifestyle. A practical optimist I believe in working with you to create accessible and realistic ways to improve your wellbeing. With a positive attitude, a sprinkle of fun and some serious determination to keep you on track.
