- 12 perfectly formed rose petals
- 250 ml sparkling water
- 30 ml elderflower syrup
- 1/2 tsp rosewater
- First you’ll need to make the stunning rose petal ice cubes. To do this simply half fill an ice cube tray with water, gently placing one rose petal in each cube. Freeze for an hour and then top up to fill the tray before placing in the freezer until frozen.
- Fill a tall glass with elderflower syrup and rosewater and then add rose petal ice cubes. Then pour over the sparkling water.
- You can top with a few more rose petals or add a sprig of thyme or rosemary for something different.
